Selfie Studios Waco – Legal Disclaimer & Studio Policies By completing this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Liability Waiver: Selfie Studios Waco is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal property damage that may occur on the premises. All guests enter and participate at their own risk. 2. Age Requirement: Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while inside the studio. 3. Prohibited Items & Behaviors: • No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the studio. • Alcohol and smoking (including vaping) are strictly prohibited on the premises. 4. Reservations: • All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance of your desired session time. • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances or violations. *All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. Photo & Video Release By entering Selfie Studios Waco, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded while on the premises. You grant Selfie Studios Waco, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, and publish any photographs, video, or audio taken of you for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes in print, digital, or social media formats, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify the front desk prior to your visit.
